What is your returns policy?

You may return your purchase, or part of it, for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving it, by posting the item(s) back to us at the address listed below. 
Please note: If you are returning part of an order, delivery charge will not be refunded and you will be liable for the shipping cost of returning your order. 
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of your goods being received into our store. You will be refunded the original price (excluding delivery costs where applicable). A refund will be issued if the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached. 
Please note: once issued, refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

Standard UK Delivery charge is £3.99. Free delivery on orders over £50.00.

How do I return an item?

 

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unworn with all tags attached. 
This does not affect your statutory rights in connection to faulty items.
